The main compressor is an imported, high-efficiency, fully enclosed scroll compressor, which offers advantages such as a compact structure, small size, lightweight, and minimal installation space requirements. The fully enclosed scroll compressor has fewer moving parts and features a flexible compression mechanism, resulting in high energy efficiency, low noise, and reduced operational costs. It can automatically unload pressure without direct wear, ensuring high reliability. Since it operates continuously without pulsation, the unit provides stable performance, low noise, minimal vibration, and smooth operation-20%–30% more efficient than reciprocating compressors.

 

• Advanced Energy Control System:

The unit automatically adjusts its startup and shutdown based on load variations, enhancing energy efficiency. During operation, the computer control system modifies energy output in response to changes in client-side heat load. The microcomputer rapidly determines the required energy by monitoring and comparing the actual load with the user's preset values. In multi-unit systems, it optimizes performance by ensuring maximum cooling output with minimal power consumption, delivering excellent performance under full load and maintaining high operational efficiency even at partial load.

 

• User-Friendly Operation:

The unit is equipped with a microcomputer program controller. Users can easily operate the unit by selecting options from the on-screen or panel menu and simply touching the button. The panel continuously displays the unit's operating status in text and table format, making it clear and easy to understand.

 

• Comprehensive Microcomputer Controller Protection Functions:

The unit includes multiple protection features, such as compressor coil overcurrent protection, water pump overcurrent protection, low outlet water temperature protection, high-temperature protection, compressor overload protection, frequent start-stop protection, abnormal voltage protection, and high/low pressure protection.

 

• Optimized Configuration:

Designed for high refrigeration efficiency and easy mobility, the unit minimizes noise and meets environmental requirements (no need for a water tower or water pump).
