MG-40CF Air-Cooled Chiller

Compressor：

The unit utilizes internationally renowned fully enclosed scroll compressors from brands such as Panasonic (Japan), Copeland (USA), Bitzer (Germany), and Hanbell (Taiwan). These compressors are 20-30% more efficient than traditional reciprocating compressors, offering smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency, low failure rates, minimal vibration, and low noise levels, as well as easy maintenance.
Depending on customer requirements, single or multiple compressor configurations are available. The compressors operate alternately based on load fluctuations, balancing runtime across units, which significantly extends the lifespan of the chiller system.

Evaporator：

The evaporator is made of internally and externally threaded copper tubes, ensuring excellent cooling performance. The evaporator shell is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation boards, preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.

Condenser：
The condenser is equipped with high-efficiency slotted fins and internally threaded copper tubes, providing superior heat exchange efficiency and excellent stability.

Protection System：

The unit is equipped with multiple safety features, including:

High/low pressure switches
Overload protection

Computer Control System：
