1. On-site Installation Requirements
Site Foundation
Requires a level, solid surface with ≥1 meter of maintenance clearance around the equipment.
The water-cooled unit must be located close to the cooling tower (piping length ≤15 meters is recommended to minimize pressure drop).
Water and Electricity
Power supply: 380V/50Hz (±10%), with independent circuit breaker protection.
Cooling Water System:
Water quality requirements: pH 7-8, hardness <150mg/L (to prevent scaling).
