The chiller for mesh welding machine offers multiple cooling capacities ranging from 10hp to 25hp, with a maximum of 55.3kw. It can reduce the water temperature of a 360L water tank from 25°C to 7°C within 30 minutes, rapidly cooling the welding machine and ensuring continuous operation.
Extremely Long Service Life
The evaporator adopts SS304 stainless steel water tank coil, which has a corrosion resistance three times stronger than that of ordinary steel. Combined with a high-strength hydrophilic aluminum foil finned condenser, it can operate stably for over 12 years under normal working conditions.
Precise And Constant Temperature
The chiller for mesh welding machine is equipped with high-efficiency insulation materials and a temperature control system. During 8-hour continuous operation, the water temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±0.8°C, ensuring that the welding machine does not affect the welding quality and production efficiency of the mesh due to temperature changes.
