Air cooled Scroll chiller Principles

The Scroll Compressor Chiller System operates on the principle of compression and expansion of refrigerant gases. The scroll compressor compresses the refrigerant gas, raising its pressure and temperature. The high-pressure gas flows through the condenser, where it releases heat and condenses into a liquid. The liquid refrigerant then
passes through an expansion valve, where it undergoes a phase change, resulting in cooling and evaporation. The chilled refrigerant is then circulated through the system to absorb heat from the desired application, maintaining the required temperature.

It continuously monitors key parameters such as supply water temperature, pressure, and current, automatically adjusting the operation of compressors, pumps, and expansion valves to maintain stable water temperature within the set range while dynamically matching actual cooling load demands to prevent energy waste.

The evaporator is a critical heat exchange component in refrigeration systems, where the refrigerant absorbs heat from the process fluid (typically water or air) to facilitate cooling.
