Commercial Cold Room Storage

Commercial cold room storage is a refrigeration equipment used for commercial purposes. It achieves temperature regulation from -25 °C to 10°C through the refrigeration system. It adopts a digital control panel for precise temperature control and uses PU sandwich panels to ensure good heat insulation. It features efficient refrigeration, precise temperature control, durability and energy saving, and is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, catering and other industries.

Precise Temperature Control
commercial cold room storage adopts a digital control panel, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, ensuring a constant temperature inside the warehouse.

High-efficiency Refrigeration
It has a fast cooling speed, capable of lowering the temperature of a 10-cubic-meter cold storage by 8℃ per hour, significantly enhancing the storage and turnover efficiency of fresh food.

Energy Saving

The cold storage adopts 100mm (refrigerated storage) or 150mm (frozen storage) thick PU insulation boards, which can effectively slow down the heat exchange between the inside and outside of the cold storage, and the daily energy consumption is 30% lower than that of ordinary cold storage.

Cooling method: air-cooled or water-cooled 

Insulation panels: 100mm thickness for walk-in cooler use; 150mm thickness panel for walk-in freezer use. 

Controller: digital control panel

Refrigerant: R404a as standard, R448.449 as well

Compressor brands: Bitzer and Copeland are the main brands used in refrigerators, please let us know if you have other preferred brands.

Yes, we provide one-stop cold room solutions, including PU panels, condensing units, evaporators, doors and installation parts.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

Usually we have no minimum order quantity limit.

3. Can the size of the cold room be customized?

Yes, the size of the cold room depends on you. For example, the cold room sizes of 3*3*2.5m, 4*4*2.5m, 10*5*3m are usually used.

4. How do you ensure quality?
